Rewards Policy

By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and limitations. This program is designed strictly to reward our active, loyal health-conscious  retail community.

1. Point Accumulation & Value

• Points are earned at a baseline rate of 5 points per $1.00 USD spent on qualifying subtotals (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and external checkout discounts).

• Points are non-transferable, hold zero cash value outside of our Shopify storefront checkout, and cannot be exchanged for physical cash or currency.

• The DNA or Genetic Test Kits, and the purchase of any digital eGift Cards are explicitly excluded from the rewards program and will not generate loyalty points or count towards VIP tier point milestones.

2. Reward Redemption & Usage Restrictions

• Points must be converted into fixed financial rewards (Store Credit) within the customer portal before use.

• Redemptions are limited to the following options:
  • 1,000 points = $10.00 Digital Store Credits
  • 2,000 points = $20.00 Digital Store Credits

• A Minimum Spend Requirement of $40.00 USD is strictly enforced on the checkout transaction where any point-based store credit is applied.

• In compliance with our manufacturer pricing agreements, reward credits function as a payment method at checkout. Line-item product retail prices remain completely unchanged.

• Bronze Tier (0 to 999 Lifetime Points): Standard base earning speed of 5 points per $1 spent. No entry reward.

• Gold Tier (2,500 + Lifetime Points): Earn 7.5 points per $1 spent (1.5x  VIP multiplier) + an immediate 1,000-point  entry reward dropped into your account.

4. Account Inactivity & Point Expiration

• All accumulated loyalty points are subject to an Inactivity-Based Expiration of 12 Months (365 Days).

• Inactivity means an account records zero purchases delivered for 365 consecutive days, in which case, all points accumulated prior to that period will automatically expire and reset to a balance of zero.

• Once point credits expire or unused generated reward codes pass their 12-month expiration window, they cannot be restored or reissued by customer support.

• Once points are converted into store credit, the redeemed store credit will expire exactly 180 days from the date of issuance, if unused, and will not be re-issued.

5. Referral Rewards

• Referral rewards are intended strictly for introducing new, first-time customers to our brand.

• The referred friend receives a unique link to claim a $10 eGift Card, valid strictly on their first order purchase of $40 or more.

• The existing customer/advocate receives 1,000 bonus points ($10 value) only after the referred friend successfully completes their qualifying checkout.

• Self-referrals (including creating duplicate email accounts, matching IP addresses, or matching physical shipping addresses) are monitored by automated fraud filters. Any fraudulent referral attempts will result in the immediate forfeiture of points and potential account suspension.

• To protect our community and ensure order accuracy, all loyalty points earned from personal product purchases (one-time and subscription orders) and friend referrals are subject to a 30-day verification period. When you complete a purchase or refer a friend who who places an order, your earned points will be placed in a "Pending" status. Once 30 days have elapsed from the original payment date, matching our standard 30-day timeline for reporting order and product issues, the points will automatically unlock and transfer directly into your active profile wallet, fully available to be converted into checkout store credit. If an underlying order is canceled, fraudulent, or refunded within this 30-day window, the pending rewards will be immediately forfeited.
  

7. Program Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify point earning rates, redemption tiers, expiration windows, anything in this policy, or terminate the rewards program entirely at any time without prior liability or notification.
