Subscription Management

How Do I Manage My Subscription(s) on Natural Health Gateway?

Managing your subscription is easy here at Natural Health Gateway. You can manage your subscription through our Customer Portal Manage Subscription page. There you can update your shipping address, skip an order, pause a subscription, cancel a subscription, add products, update credit card information, and so much more. Keep reading to learn how to gain access to your manage subscription page via a smart subscription link and how to make changes to your subscription(s).

To make sure that your changes are applied to your next order, then you must make the changes before your order is charged to your credit card on the order date. We recommend changing by the day before the order date to ensure it is updated on time. Please see our subscription policy on our Terms of Service page for details.

 

The first step in managing your subscription is to request a smart link to your subscription management page. Click the button below to go to the page to request your subscription login link.

Request Subscription Link

You should see a page that looks similar to this.

Enter the email address you used for your subscription order purchase and click the "Send smart subscription Link" button. Then, you should receive an email with the link to manage your subscriptions. Wait a few minutes and if you don't get an email with the smart link, please check your spam or junk folder. Contact us if you need further help.

Once you receive the email, click on smart link, and it should take you to your Manage Subscription page. 

 

2. Manage subscription

On the manage subscriptions page, you will see a list of your subscriptions. For customers that have auto deliver orders with different frequencies, then they will have different subscriptions. See the subscription numbers on the left side.

Beneath each subscription, you will see a link "Manage subscription" on the right side. Click that to take you to the subscription where you can make changes to the subscription.

On the part of the page shown, you have button options to "Skip next order", "Pause" the subscription, or "Cancel" the subscription. You also add a note for your next order. Enter the text in the box provide and click the "Submit" button to save the note. The next order date is displayed at the top, and the billing frequency is displayed below the "Submit" button.


3. Change the Order Date and Delivery Frequency

To change the order date and/or the delivery frequency, click the "Edit" link in the top right side. A window will pop up where you can change the order date and/or the deliver frequency. Click the "Update" button when done to save any changes. To discard changes and close the window without saving changes, click the "X" in upper right side.

4. Add More Products

Next, scroll down to the products section, as shown.

You will see your existing subscription products and quantity. You can change the quantity by clicking the "+" or "-" options in the grey box. Then click on the "Update" button so save the change. 

To remove a product, click the "Remove" link next to the product name.

To add products, click the "Add more Product" button at the top of the section. It will take you to the bottom of the page where you can either scroll down manually select a product, or you can type the name of the product into the "Search by product title" box. And hit the enter button to start the search. If searching by product title, hit the enter button to start the search, you may need to wait 30 or more seconds for the search to find the product. Then click the "Add more Product" button below the product. 

Below the list of products, you find information about the subscription and previous orders.

 

5. Change Your Payment Method

Scroll down on the page to the "Payment method" section to update your credit card details, like changes to card number, expiration date, and more. Note that your billing address section is below the discount management section, where it will display your billing address.

To make changes, click on the "Update Card" link. Please note that this will result in an email being sent to your email address with a link to update your credit card information. This is one area that we cannot update for customers.

 

6. Apply Discount Code

Scroll down to the discount management section, just below the payment method section, to add discount code to your subscription. Enter a valid discount code and click the "Apply" button to save it.

 

7. Change Shipping Address

Just below the billing address section is the shipping address section. To change your shipping address, click the "Change" link (on the right side).

Please remember that when asking for help with changes your subscription, that you must ask us before your next order is charged to your credit card on the order date.
