  • All sales are final and cannot be changed or canceled after the order is submitted. This includes subscription and non-subscription orders. Thus to be clear, to cancel subscription orders, you must cancel before the order is charged to your credit card. Once your credit card is charged, this is a sale that you requested and it cannot be changed, like any non-subscription order, and all sales are final. 

  • We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged. Products received damaged must be documented with pictures and emailed with order/contact information to info@naturalhealthgateway.com to be considered for a refund. Read our Return and Refund Policy for complete details. 

  • Disclaimer of Responsibility After Delivery: Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, Natural Health Gateway is no longer responsible for its security or condition, and the customer assumes all responsibility.

Subscription Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This policy describes our policy and how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment information will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time before your credit card is charged.

Subscription and Non-subscription (one-time) Order Changes and Cancelations

All sales are final and cannot be changed or canceled after the order is submitted. This includes subscription and non-subscription orders. Thus to be clear, to cancel subscription orders, you must cancel before the order is charged to your credit card. Once your credit card is charged, this is a sale that you requested and it cannot be changed, like any non-subscription order, and all sales are final.

Subscription Discounts

Subscriptions come with their own discount of 10% off for subscribe and save products. No other discounts can be applied to subscription orders, except free shipping for orders totaling $75+.

 

Booking Policy

Booking Appointments

Patients booking or scheduling office or virtual appointments with Bahan Natural Health Center must complete a Patient Intake Form and agree to the Office Policy contained in the Patient Intake Form. The Patient Intake Form may be downloaded from the Schedule Appointment pages of this website or they may be requested via the contact information on the contact page of the website. Please note that the costs for office visits are not listed on this website or the booking website and may show as $0. Contact us at info@naturalhealthgateway.com or via the contact page to get the actual cost for your visit. Payments are collected in the office following the visit. Saturday appointments may be made by calling to schedule in advance, when available.

Terms Related to Standard Process Products

  1. Use of API.  Customer acknowledges that this site utilizes an application provider interface (“API”) furnished by Standard Process Inc. (“SP”) to populate the site with certain information regarding SP nutritional supplements and related products (“SP Products”) that may be displayed and made available for purchase through the site from time to time.  The API also may be used to send to SP information regarding customer use of and placement of orders through the site to facilitate SP’s fulfillment of those orders and to support the ongoing operation, maintenance, and improvement of the API as well as other business purposes permitted by law.
