Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final and cannot be changed or canceled after the order is submitted. This includes subscription and non-subscription orders. Thus to be clear, to cancel subscription orders, you must cancel before the order is charged to your credit card. Once your credit card is charged, this is a sale that you requested and it cannot be changed, like any non-subscription order, and all sales are final.
We don't accept order returns and we don't allow product exchanges.
We only offer refunds/replacements if the product arrives damaged. Products received damaged must be documented with pictures and emailed with order/contact information to info@naturalhealthgateway.com to be considered for a refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All order issues must be reported to Natural Health Gateway no later than 30 days from the time of the purchase. After 30 days, we will not be responsible for any issues and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
A 20% restocking fee and a $10 shipping charge will be deducted from the cost of the return if we make a return exception for any reason.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or digital products.
Natural Health Gateway reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Your continued viewing of or use of our site following the posting of any changes to this Return and Refund Policy will signify your assent to any such changes or amendments.
